Tori Nybo-Engmann, CSW
Mental Health Therapist
Hi, I’m Tori. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image struggles, chronic illness, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or the pressure to keep functioning while silently struggling underneath.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounding, and deeply human. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, better understand yourself, and respond to life with more self-compassion instead of shame or criticism.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Weber State University, where I discovered a passion for supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. I understand how isolating it can feel to live in a body that requires constant mental and emotional adaptation, and I value helping clients navigate grief, identity shifts, and burnout that often accompany chronic health struggles.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and mindfulness-based practices while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.
My style is warm, relational, and practical. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe meaningful change happens through small, sustainable shifts over time — not perfection.
Outside of work, I love cooking, making art, dancing, discovering new music, and spending time with family. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’d be honored to be part of your process.

MADDIE SANDERS, CMHC
Mental Health Therapist
Hey I’m Maddie! Helping others cultivate self compassion and form a healthy relationship with their body is the driving force behind the work I do. I also work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and ADHD using value based modalities in therapy. This allows for self determination and client autonomy.
I enjoy incorporating a mind-body perspective into the work I do with clients. Regardless of the modality being used, my work is centered around the belief that through self-acceptance, mindfulness, and compassion, we can learn ways to be at peace in our minds and bodies. I love working alongside people as they discover the tools they already have within them to live a purposeful life.
I’m most drawn to supporting individuals healing from an eating disorder or other body image difficulties. I am also trained in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and OCD.
In my free time you can find me on my yoga mat, hiking, or tending to my overabundance of house plants. I also love cozying up with a book and a cup of coffee with my husband and our pets.

KASSIE MCADAMS, LCSW, CEDS-C
Mental Health Therapist
Hi, I’m Kassie. I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade—something I feel deeply grateful for.
I believe relationships are at the heart of a meaningful, purposeful life. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and beyond, with the hope of helping clients transform even their hardest days into meaningful growth and lasting insight.
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. During my social work training, I discovered a passion for supporting athletes navigating body image concerns and disordered eating. I am an IAEDP Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C).
My approach integrates mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I aim to help clients build self-compassion and a more grounded relationship with themselves—because I believe that the relationship we have with ourselves is the foundation for everything else.
For clients working through body dysmorphia, social anxiety, and OCD-related concerns, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Outside of the therapy room, I spend my time trail running with my husband and our dog. We love being outdoors—snowboarding, mountain biking, or spending sunny days on the lake. You might also find me in a yoga class or at the climbing gym. Feel free to say hi :)
If you’re seeking CEDS supervision, please reach out via email. Individual supervision is $110/hour.
